SCM Seminar Series is organized on a wide range of topics at the intersection of sports and social sciences. This time our topic was “Two Modern Day Entertainments: Sports and Cinema”. The event, with director Gökçe Kaan Demirkıran as a guest speaker, was held at Kadir Has University Cibali Campus.
In the interactive seminar, storytelling in sports, Yesilcam and sports, sports-themed film festivals and details of the Sports Film Festival to be organized for the second time this year by Gökçe Kaan Demirkıran were discussed.
