The 35th session of the Seminar Series of the Spor Çalışmaları Merkezi (SCM) was held under the title “Autonomy in Sport 2.0: The Diarra and RFC Seraing Decisions.”
The event took place at the Kadir Has Üniversitesi Cibali Campus, with attorney and lecturer Mert Yaşar acting as the speaker.
In the seminar, an interactive discussion explored the concept of autonomy in Turkish sport, the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”), and the responses of FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to those decisions.
