The graduation ceremonies for the Sports Law and Management, Sports Communication, and Contracts, Transfer Practices, and Agency in Football programs have taken place.
Among the long-running educational programs offered by our center, the Sports Communication program has completed its nineteenth year, while the Sports Law and Management program has completed its seventeenth year. The Contracts, Transfer Practices, and Agency in Football program, meanwhile, concluded its fourth term. More than one hundred participants graduated during the ceremony, which also featured an engaging talk by Önder Özen, followed by the presentation of diplomas to the students.
Guest Speaker: Önder Özen
The graduation program began with opening remarks by Sports Studies Center Director Emir Güney and Sports Communication Program Coordinator Bağış Erten. The ceremony then continued with a conversation moderated by Bağış Erten and featuring football commentator, former footballer, and coach Önder Özen as the guest speaker. During the session, Özen shared experiences and memories from his professional career and also reflected on the transformation taking place within sports media. At the end of the talk, he answered numerous questions from participants.
Following the discussion, diplomas were first presented to the top-performing students of the programs. Afterwards, our Center Director Emir Güney presented diplomas to participants of the Sports Law and Management and the Contracts, Transfer Practices, and Agency in Football programs, while our Sports Communication Program Coordinator Bağış Erten presented diplomas to the students of the Sports Communication program.
The graduation ceremony concluded with the now-traditional “Chickpeas, Rice, and Networking” gathering.
