The seminar series titled “Play Forward”, which will address sustainability in sport in collaboration with the Sports Studies Centre and the football-strategy initiative Loba, is set to begin on Saturday, 25 October.
This will be the first regular seminar series in the Turkish sports ecosystem focused on sustainability — Play Forward aims to raise awareness and bring this topic to the sports agenda. At the same time, the panel series will provide a powerful platform for networking and knowledge sharing, allowing participants to closely observe sustainability practices in the sector and form new connections.
Participation in the seminars is free of charge. However, in line with our vision to create societal impact and awareness, participants who complete the online registration are expected to make a donation (amount at their discretion) to a non-governmental organisation working in the field of sustainability. Completion of registration will be confirmed once the donation receipt has been shared.
Through this approach, Play Forward is intended not merely as a knowledge-sharing platform but as a solidarity initiative that directly contributes to social benefit.
